Have Whiter Teeth, Fresh Breath, And Be The One Everyone Wants To Kiss!

We all want the most kissable mouth, right? Nancy Addison, nutritionist, expands on ways to have the best breathe, cleanest mouth and quality dental health in a natural way.

Don’t we all want to have the best kiss possible?  We want to have whiter teeth, fresh breath, and healthy gums. There are a few natural ways to have better dental health and whiter teeth.

Here are my “Top Five” easy, inexpensive ways that you can improve your dental health and whiten your teeth at home.

First:

Brush your teeth three times daily and use the non-toxic tooth whitener by Dirty Mouth,
sold by Primal Life Organics.

Second:

Floss Your Teeth

Directions:

Floss your teeth two to three times daily to keep the stains from lodging between your teeth.

Third:

Oil Pulling

Oil pulling is an Ayurvedic Remedy used to enhance oral health and well-being. Oil pulling detoxifies the body, removes unsightly stains on teeth, and prevents illness and disease.

My daughter and I did it infrequently for a while and never noticed a difference; but when we did it on a continual basis for 15 days without interruption, the difference was remarkable.

Amanda saw a huge difference in her gums, teeth, and overall health, when she finally did the oil pulling consistently. I have also noticed a significant difference between when I do it and when I don’t.

Try this on a consistent basis for a couple of weeks, and see how amazingly clean and fresh your mouth feels.

Ingredients:

Pure, organic coconut oil

Unrefined sea salt

A Tongue scraper

A Toothbrush

Purified, (non-chlorinated) water

Directions:

First thing in the morning, before brushing your teeth or eating anything, take 1 teaspoon of pure, organic coconut oil into your mouth and swish the oil around in your mouth, tilting your head back, so that it can get to the back molars.

It is very important that you keep the oil in your mouth the whole time and Avoid Swallowing It. (It may taste strange the first few days, but you will get used to it—just stick with it.)

Pull the oil through your teeth and chew the oil so that it activates the saliva. Do this for at least 10 -15 minutes. The oil will turn white in your mouth as you do this. The oil pulls toxins and excess mucus out of the blood through the mucus membranes in the mouth.

Spit the oil out in a tissue or the toilet.Avoid Swallowing the Oil. After spitting it out, swish your mouth with a cup of warm purified water, along with a pinch of unrefined, mineral-rich sea salt.

Immediately following the sea salt-water rinse, brush your teeth thoroughly. Use a tongue scraper to clean your tongue well, and then use a toothbrush to clean the roof of the mouth.

Next, drink 2–3 glasses of purified (non- chlorinated and non- fluoridated) water.

The result will be a fresh, relaxed feeling. Gums will bleed less and teeth will get whiter.

If you do this on a continual basis, you may notice that the dark, puffy circles under your eyes will start to disappear. You may even have more energy, a better memory, and a better night’s sleep.

Fourth:

Eat Fresh Organic Apples and Strawberries

Consuming strawberries or apples and chewing them thoroughly can help whiten teeth. Apples and strawberries contain malic acid and vitamin C. The malic acid is like an astringent that helps remove surface stains, and the vitamin C helps remove plaque. You can even mash up some fresh strawberries or use a grated apple and brush your teeth with the mixture once in a while.

Note: Adding some fresh organic celery or carrots to your diet can also help promote dental health.

Fifth:

Use Modere’s Liquid Biocell for healthy gums, teeth and their non-toxic mouthwash and toothpaste. Modere’s non-toxic toothpaste and mouthwash is the brand I use. It’s available worldwide. Everything you put in your mouth should be food grade and non-toxic.  It is absorbed directly into your tissue. The mouth is the most absorable part of your body.

If you read the box of some name-brand toothpastes or mouthwashes, you may see a warning that if they are swallowed you should call poison control immediately. The warnings are usually only on the toothpaste box and not on the toothpaste tube itself. In my opinion, we shouldn’t be putting any kind of poison in our mouths at all.

I also use Modere’s Liquid Biocell for healthy gums and teeth.  This product I use, as a supplement, has been proven to restore gum health as well as support joint and muscle fitness, connective tissue health, counteract skin photoaging, restore youthful skin, and support healthy hair, nails, and eyes.*

I use a non-toxic mouthwash and toothpaste from Modere. They also have a wonderful product called  Liquid Biocell that helps improve dental health. Here is the link.

You will get two bottles. You take a tablespoon morning and night
